We aim to respond to customer inquiries within 24 business hours. Messages received outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping to other countries or regions unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days
How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $9.99 for orders under $69.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more.

Expedited shipping is available for $19.99.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

  • Standard Shipping Estimated Total: 8-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping Estimated Total: 6-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order at any time.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at support@loompax.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition;
  • In its original packaging, if applicable;
  • Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags, or parts, if applicable.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
